Stance Gym is truly a hidden gem. They have a great selection of equipment, including machines you won’t find at other gyms. The place is always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—always greeting you with a smile. Clark, the owner, takes great pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the members. It’s rare to find a place like this. The membership fees are very reasonable, and if you avoid peak hours, you can enjoy a very comfortable workout. Highly recommended!

BEST gym I’ve ever joined, hands down! After trying multiple gyms, I decided to give Stance Fitness a shot and haven’t looked back since! First off, the gym equipment is always kept clean and free of any wear and tear. On any day I can get a good workout in without the gym being overcrowded. It’s such a great environment! Everyone is so helpful and positive, I am always greeted with a smile. What initially drew me to Stance was their Personal Training program and it’s truly transformed my fitness journey! As a college athlete recovering from a year-long injury, I struggled to find consistent training and real results… Until I started working with my personal trainer, Alex. From day one, he’s tailored my program to help me rebuild strength and get lean so I can perform my best as an athlete. In just a few months I’ve lost 20lbs and have gained 3lbs of muscle! Before P.T., I wasn’t sure how to lift properly, but Alex broke down proper technique in every session. Now I’m more confident and lifting HEAVIER than EVER in my athletic career. He’s been incredibly supportive and keeps me disciplined with my meal plan. Anytime I have a question, he guides me towards the best decisions, making my weight loss journey SO much easier! I could go on about Alex, the P.T. program and Stance Fitness as a whole! 10/10 recommended for anyone local, looking for a gym where everyone is genuinely invested in your success!

Very friendly trainers and members. Gym is well kept and always clean. It is welcoming to anyone who is looking for a trainer or just a private gym. Trainers here are very helpful and willing to give advice to everyone. Would give the gym 10/10!

I’ve been doing personal training with Alex for the past few months and its been extremely helpful in restarting my training journey! He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate while encouraging me to perform my best, which is often more than what I think I am capable. I appreciate how detailed he is in explaining exercises and answering my questions. The gym itself is clean, everything is in working order, and the vibes will make you want to put in your best effort every time! I foresee training here on my own once I become comfortable to do so!

I love this gym. They have quality equipment/machines. I love all the different attachments they have as well. I am a personal trainer myself so I love a gym where I can just get into my own workouts and this is the place for me. Definitely don’t feel judgment here, everyone is friendly! Clark the owner is a good guy, who knows a lot about the body and movement. If you haven’t checked this place out yet I would! Also I believe her name was Annabelle or Abigail she’s a trainer here and she knows what she’s doing!
